Hotel Icon Hong Kong

We stayed at a hotel with a convenient location, close to public transport options such as the MTR and buses. The hotel provided a free airport shuttle route, making it easy to get to and from the airport. We also enjoyed the food options in The Market, where we could find a variety of dishes. Our room had a great view of the harbor, and it was clean and comfortable.

The hairdryer in the room was difficult to find and the hotel's handphone had issues with sharing wifi.

As guests with children, we loved the hotel's fantastic swimming pool and spacious rooms. The free shuttle services to nearby attractions made exploring Hong Kong with our little ones so convenient.

Felt right at home here, with the staff always ready to assist us. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

The suite we stayed in was childproof, making it perfect for our 16-month-old daughter who loves to explore. The room was decorated with a cozy tent, board games, and toys, which kept our little one entertained throughout our stay. the package included a generous coupon for food and beverages, great to enjoy delicious snacks, dinner, and a complimentary breakfast without any extra cost. A great perk for families!

Inconvenient location, 10-15 mins walk to metro station, but free shuttle available every 20 mins. Nice promenade view. Clean, spacious room with good breakfast selection. Handy smartphone with useful features. Upgraded to suite with amazing view and big bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff. Free minibar and great pool view. Excellent breakfast options.

Staying in this venue is an experience of luxury, with exclusive amenities and personalized service. the Spa & wellness center is impressive, with sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Our massage was the best we've had in years. the garden area and pool with a view are stunning, providing a peaceful environment. the room advantages are impressive, including a private balcony, high, quality amenities, and a comfortable bed. the restaurant and bar/lounge area are top, notch, delivering a delicious and diverse menu.

The only minor issue we experienced was a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. this was quickly resolved by the staff, who were well, trained and attentive to all our needs.

This hotel is on another level. Top-quality facilities, free mini-bar, excellent soundproofing, and breathtaking harbour views. The staff went above and beyond for my birthday, with a lovely cake awaiting us. Their hospitality training really shows, making every guest feel special. Highly recommended!

I loved the location. It was easy to grab a taxi and the hotel was not far from the pier. This made it easy for me to walk along with the bay with great views of the city. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were clean and modern.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Hong Kong. The view of the skyline from my room was amazing. The staff were friendly and provided great suggestions for things to do and see. The amenities were great, with innovative comfort elements like a borrowable phone and a heated pool with a view over Victoria Bay. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a satisfied guest at Icon, I had a great stay in this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even accommodating our late check-out request. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a diverse and delicious selection. The modern and relaxing atmosphere of the Greens bar area was a great place to unwind. The Club 36 rooms were beautifully furnished and had great amenities, including a smart phone and Nespresso coffee machine. The stunning views from the rooms were definitely a highlight. In a city known for its expensive accommodations, Icon offered exceptional value for money.

The hotel has a great location in an upscale area with stunning harbor views. Although not in the city center, the hotel offers a shuttle service that takes guests to two drop-off points. The breakfast is extensive and the service is good. The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities, such as nice suites with beautiful views of the skyline.

There are some minor issues that the hotel should improve, such as slow service and unresponsive staff.

The festive decorations throughout the hotel really brought the Christmas spirit to life. The staff were friendly, making us feel right at home during our holiday stay. The location was great, with easy access to shopping areas and attractions like the history museum. having a minibar with free drinks and snacks in the room was a nice touch.

The club lounge experience with free-flowing cocktails was definitely a highlight. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.
